"While the App is free for consumers to download, Norwood has a fee arrangement with Spark NZ related to the number of downloads that the App receives. "
This ties in directly to the clarifying Ann released earlier which says:
"Norwood receives a commission on each download of the Spark Voicemail app, above a minimum committed volume"
Nothing about active users. Nothing about monthly fees.
