    I hear now that Arkady has welcomed Osters into the compound and asked him to distribute VM through Moscow and St P in return for a 25% cut.

    Completely unsubstantiated at this stage, and seems dubious at best. If my snorkeller on the spot gives me more, I'll let you know.
