Rather than just copying/pasting NOR's own words; perhaps you should have had a look at the numbers in the actual cash flow statement.

1. Receipts from Customers dropped from $378k last Q to $195k this Q. So nearly halved! And we do not know if NOR received a pre-payment from PO's side gig within the $195k. The HY will give us insights into this.
2. Backing out $857k in government money, NOR burned through $751k at the operating level for the first 6 months.
3. NOR have taken out another loan against R&D rebates. Rebates which will not hit NOR's account until the next FY.

With $50k in the bank, NOR needs:
1. More government hand-outs
2. Extension of R&D facility of $120k
3. $100k placement
4. $134k raised through oppies
5. Flagged more CR's
6. Continue to reduce costs. But not the salaries of the sacred cows is my guess.
