Valid concerns. But the whole point of Mildura is that it should be cheaper to run than a full indoor grow facility. It's a hybrid greenhouse with supplemental LEDs. I heard that they accidentally purchased more LEDs than required resulting in an extra $6M worth of lights they didn't need. It is designed to reduce energy consumption. The main cost will be labour, and their financial mistakes which seem to occur quite frequently.
