not sure that’s right looks like GC1 will have a first ranking GSD via their existing security before this loan was provided.
either way things are looking dire for MEL should of raised more for O2/O3 rather than trying to limit dilution ….. clearly should they raise additional capital it will be at a lower price and hugely dilutionary.
realistically they need at least a couple of million to repay that loan and cover O2 shortfall. $2m raised at 0.3c would be another 650m shares
