Both have great management and the same assets (50% to VEN 25% to MEL), except for the patriot carbon capture program. I don't know a lot about the intricacies of the deal but I will note that most people are expecting a large rerate around Christmas so I doubt it will be material across such a small time frame.
Both are set to go, I imagine they will have very similar performance across the next 6 months.
