I have been thinking that there are 2 steps to the process,
- the downstream operator needs to come back online and then
- VEN/MEL need to get the wells back on line.
Does anyone know where the downstream outage was and whether that piece of the puzzle is back on line? I have been looking on AEMO and other sites but haven't found anything one way or the other yet.
