They're the operators so they'll just go into hibernation, maybe a director loan/loan extension or two if necessary, until the balance sheet can handle some more drilling expenditure.

The markdown in sp does seem warranted though, on poor performance of recent wells, lower oil/gas prices, and lack of funding for near term activity.
