    "ATC suspended ferrotungsten production and concentrate purchasing throughout the quarter in order to destock current inventories, preserve cash and avoid purchasing concentrates at elevated prices to predicted future market price."
    At least some sensible decisions made. About time these guys run this operation like a proper business.
