The announcement on October 17, 2023, 'Strategic Partner Cronimet Joins EQR Register', detailed the terms of the JV dissolution and timing. Direct quote from that announcement on page 2, "This agreement is conditional upon the closing of the acquisition of Saloro by EQR".
Further to that, the announcement on the same day, 'Proposed issue of securities', details that, "Settlement of the transaction is subject to and conditional on the conditions precedent being satisfied (or waived).".
The only shares that have been issued, other than conversions, are the Oaktree shares since that time, so the JV has not been wound up.
The jury was still out on whether it affects revenue at all, the reason they wanted it dissolved is because it was very opaque in how it affected the reporting of numbers coming in. If you have something conclusive showing that revenue won't be affected, please do share.
