Would you care to back this statement with some facts. I am think it was because after 4 years of loss they shut it down and any opaqueness was only because of how the company chose to report it.

"If you have something conclusive showing that revenue won't be affected, please do share."

The JV was to process the LGS No processing = No revenue

In effect to shut the JV down EQR paid Cronimet $15 million for an asset that makes no revenue. Nice deal for Cronimet
