The drilling problem at Hillgrove I understand was more to do with an issue with the drilling contractor, I dont know what the issue was but there is a good chance it has to do with the general shortage of rigs and crews, the mining boom has created a lot of problems regarding equipment and crew around Australia.
A GOLD miner yesterday just downgtaded its production forecast owing to the contractors being unable to find enough truck drivers and machinery operators etc...there is a good chance the same thing will be happening with getting assays done, work overload....it will eventually resolve itself as things do, the boom and bust nature of commodities leads to this sort of thing periodically...
In a nutshell expect the possibility of delays.
