Well the quarterly result was outstanding......yet the sp is still totally undervalued.
A 3 cent gain in shareprice today ...... that's an additional 14.7m market cap.
Cash was up $ 8.5m alone.......so the market ascribed an increase in business value of $ 6.2m for RVR's continued production performance and profitability as well as the continued commodity price increases which will take effect in this quarter.
So with a $ 12.5m ebitda the $ 6.2m increase is the equivalent of 45 days profit. 15 days of this quarter is already behind us so in 30 more days the value of RVR will be the same as last week in real terms.....so effectively no increase in Enterprise value....Market cap minus cash.
The above really shows how cheap RVR is......I just hope everyone considers there position before opting to sell.....let's see how it goes tomorrow.
