There’s nothing to be gained from the kind of “collective BRUther action” you contemplate, even if posters on HC were not an anonymous, opinionated but entirely disunited bunch of individuals with conflicted agendas and devastating good looks. Well, I dunno about you. It’s simply not constructive and I don’t know what your goal is other than, as you say, to create a sense of urgency by making management realise some BRUthers aren’t happy with the SP and things need to change - I mean duh uh, like Tom isn’t trying his level best or something? You are a holder and are entitled to write to the company and as CSB mentions, could have logged into the AGM and asked a live question to put them on the spot, just like anyone else here. btw, Eric used to read HC. I don’t know if Tom does, but I doubt they get anything much out of it other than entertainment. I always did my best to keep Eric amused.
I’ve made it clear on HC I think Tom missed a step by continuing to mothball Ungani when it was obvious the road would be opened 6m early and we could and should have restarted it 100% owned regardless of the upfront restart costs, because 3 or 4 boats of luvly 100% oil a year would have bankrolled everything else. If Sabre restart it, our 30% of revenue is money for old rope, but hardly going to fund a sausage sizzle at the next TO Arts expo. But it’s ancient history now.
What needs to happen is out of HC BRUthers hands and I am sure Tom is already moving heaven and earth to make it happen already, no proding with a rechargeable electric cattle prodder required. Confirm the new Eric. Sign the Shallow farm-in partner. Book the rig. Sign the Brave SA TOs. Float 2H dividending 2H shares to BRU holders. Analyse the 3D analysis, bump the numbers. Restart Rafa strategic partner process. Sign the deal that secures BRU’s future as Australia’s largest onshore wet gas producer. If Tom does most of that, he will have happy BRUthers. How hard can that be, Tom?
Let’s Go, Eric!
