    Here it specifically mentions 'funding' approvals being the issue from ORG. Haven't seen it framed as funding approvals previously. Perhaps passing the plate around for pennies to make the low ball offer.....

    I also thought no mention of the work related to the REY farmin agreement was a little odd.
