I believe Cronmet have supplied some of the mobile plant ie diggers dumpers etc. If this is fully paid for and belongs to EQR, that is something. If it is all on lease that is a different story altogether.
The other thing I dont like is that the 50.50 is on the existing waste and tailings which they now intend mixing in with fresh mined material. so extending the life of the agreement. I just cant see how they will be able to differentiate between the two, to accurately and fairly apportion profit.
Those quarterly figures wouldnt be as pretty without the R&D tax credit 1.5 mil and the grant .286 mil
Dont get me wrong, I recon EQR is now a great sound business, but that monkey on our backs must be holding back the shareprice.
