All LNG Plants and infrastructure onshore or offshore is built in Batan Island Indonesia or South Korea in modular form and shipped to location round the world. These days simply the cheapest way to do it. With out unions we would all be working for a bowl of rice a day and the top 5% would be flogging the workers with the cat and ninetails just like they did when building the Pyramids !!!!!!
