    Hi Michael

The short answer re- capital raise in near term is NO!!

The only way to own this company is via on market purchases.

The quarterly was poor but not unexpected given the seasonal challenges. That's why they have invested in the wet screen, so it won't hampered by the wet season net year.

The thing to focus on in the quarterly is the production in April of 50 tonnes. That's the highest yet and gives an indication that the processing plant is working well. Kevin has been tweaking with it (replacing parts) for a couple of years. A juggling act between having some production and stopping production to change parts of the plant. The company has never been flush with cash, so they couldn't afford to close for extended period of time.

But now it's coming together. Especially with the 2nd ore sorter in production this month (May) and the additional crushing capacity. This will mean more stockpile and less tailings used. The result will be more tungsten at a time where other players are falling over.

The capex blowouts and debt levels of other players needs to be watched. Thankfully we are low capex, low opex and low debt.
