Below is extract from page 3 of the report.

the revenue to be recognised in the December 2020 quarter."

Dont know where you got the mid 2021 from.....

You should be aware that the quarry has been operating very profitably for 20 plus years -
It is a very well known and highly regarded quarry with quality material available all year round (i.e. does not shut for the wet season which many do) and is the most northern quarry in Qld, therefore making it a perfect solution for construction and development projects in FNQ such as the Development Road and servicing indigenous communities. This contract is quite a large one but the company is not expected to announce every contract it wins - there will simply be a revenue stream, as has been the case for 20 years, and perhaps the bigger contracts will be announced via the ASX
