While some of the attachments in that report are several years old, the requirements for Broome as an ideal and integral part of Buru liquids to market are the same. It must be hard to negotiate all these variables with a skeleton staff. Thankfully Eric has such a large invested interest in Burus success.
As a side note, i would love to know how the Eric and Tom C2E will tie into Buru, if at all.
