I don't really know but as I have speculated the funds they have expended are peanuts to gain control.

You may have heard about the Chinese man caught with 33 million in his apartment. All corruption and bribe money.

Took the police four days to count it all even with 6 automatic note counters.

Now I don't know anything about the companies in the Canning or where there funds are from.

But I do know if you are a Chinese national and you want to live in Australia or have the right to, you buy a company and then employ yourself and your mates and all your family and there family etc
