    Wow just think of how long it would to get native title owners permission to dig that trench!!

    Would have to be at least 8 inch internal diameter otherwise friction losses would be too high.

    Shire of Broome certainly would have to agree to having 6 triples crude tankers travelling along there streets.

    And yes it good they got some agreements already.
