Is Eric and ROC for real?

We were told on the 8th of Oct that it would take 32 days to drill...drill what may I ask?
We are being told today the perhaps on the 16th sup operations may start. Excuse me but didn't they tell us shipping of a needed part could take 8 days? Thus is would be advantageous for the new team working together to just pick up shop and move. IMO ROC may just be playing Eric. It would have behooves the company is the rig just stayed on location. Now however we have ROC in full control of a take-over at lowest prices ever. But hey this is just my opinion.
