Can't really expect to release a retrospective quarterly report like that and not have someone comment about the striking difference between the way the financial state of the company was presented, albeit retrospectively, and the true state of affairs at the time as available in the administrators' report.
For what it's worth, i wish Cheesey the best and hope he can make the most of a fresh slate to build a new Altura. It's quite the opportunity for him.
