The Board recommends all shareholders take up their entitlements. Mr Willies and Mr King have advised their respective intentions to take up their full entitlements. Mr Streitberg has stated the he will take up what portion of his Entitlement is appropriate for his the current personal financial situation, and having regard to his previous substantial commitments to the company.

It's apparent, if word on the street is correct that Eric thought in his current financial situation that his take up would be Zip and having 43k in leave entitlements the bettor option would be to take some leave in hindsight I would have opted for this option as well.

Its interesting to note that in early June new shares were issued and by late June Origin had thrown a spanner into the works

Origin have now taken control of all the decision making in the JV after announcing their exit but with no confirmed date but with an expected financial decision on all projects in Feb 23. This leaves Buru hanging on Raffa and possible new partners based on the current JV and with nothing else to excite the market the Share Price in the doldrums.
