I don’t think that is quite the case. Any partner can disapprove a budget or plan regardless of any negative impact on the remaining partner/s . It often happens in upstream exploration . Having said that , the remaining partner/s can usually go sole risk but not in this case which involves appraisal . Eric should of required ORG to fulfill their obligations within a certain timeframe . In the event BRU misses out on a major sales agreement due to this delay , you could argue that it will cost BRU hundreds of millions of dollars.
