Why make a statement like that without providing evidence?

If this was G6M who had promised to make statements in October about their production, but at this point have failed to deliver a quarterly or any statement during the month. Then you would have grounds.

If this was Almonty who did a little capital raise this month and didn't tell the market and have continued to move their production timeline out another year without saying so. Then you would have grounds.

Some other facts that may help to understand why we are where we are?

1. Talking to a few industry players (investment brokers) the small junior resource end is pretty bad at the moment (apart from gold).
2. There has been a major seller of the stock. Started at 38m, at the last update, he still had 10m. I suspect he's nearly finished. But he has been weighing on the price (reasons for selling are unrelated to the business) for most of the year.

What I do know is? Oaktree & Cronimet have signed on for 9c and they both know more than anyone else.
