All the time they are talking, the clock is ticking on this year’s window of opportunity.

Clearly BKP is frustrated with PFC’s movements….or rather lack of them.

I don’t suppose there has been any clause in the JV agreement for liquidated damages to be paid as recompense on the part of any party for not fulfilling their programme within the generally agreed timeframe irrespective of whether they are operator or not.

To that end, I would hope that BKP have investigated all possibilities wrt the apparent abrogation of PFC’s responsibilities to this current arrangement.

If they miss this current window of opportunity, I think there is not going to be any happy campers at all, which includes me, atm.

I hope that Statoil consider flexing their industrial muscle and assume operatorship of this mess asap.
