If you use production as a bottom line when evaluating risk, i disagree.....
There are many many stocks, in the past，at current, being multi bagger, without producing anything.....
Rxl had done good job of have a couple of quality project and jv partner on board.......also，5 million on hand，much better than many junior out there...
So rxl will not stay at this level for long..
