On 16 October 2012 Bass commenced legal proceedings against LionGold and we still have not got them to appear in Court even for a mediation hearing.
Surely we can't be serious. They are making a mockery of our court system and our company. By now anyone else would have been arrested by the Bailif and held in custody until the case.
Our solicitors must be incompetent beyond belief or is this never going to happen and it just appears in the announcements for the sake of padding and false confidence.
