"Way above expectations" --- what expectations the prospectus contained no financial forecasts so this is a meaningless statement or shows the level of "inside" knowledge of a major shareholder, who decides when to release data.

Based on the prospectus numbers the 2017 Revenues would have been around $2.24m so $2.4 million represents a 7% increase - hardly stellar for a high growth business.

In addition is we are taking expectations the capital raise in ealry 2016 forecast revenues of $4m in March 2018, that is before buying any services business, so for those investors an outcome of $2.4m is well below expectations.

Sorry the tweet looks like a man talking very much his book. And as said given that the company never provided any forecasts or projections it is easy to say things like "Way above expectations".
