Very true they will need to raise cash like every other small cap spec stock in town, nothing too frightening about that.

Question is does every other spec in town have one of the largest undeveloped silver projects in the world supported by such staggering macro conditions soon to break open upon the globe?

Yesterday's silver spike is an early indication the dips are going to be scooped up and this rise could well be sustained.

If they can hold off a C/R till the second quarter we may all be looking at a different beast.

If I was going to take over, I would do it now, with the confidence of silver beginning its move, yet before the company value doubles or triples. 

This is about the price of silver, the rest will take good care of itself.
