I cannot figure how this can be price sensitive? Can someone please clarify it for me because my mind is boggled at the moment. If something is for sale , it has a price, but if it is not for sale or cannot be exchanged for payment how could the price be influenced? Price in my mind means it can be obtained for an exchange of value. Clearly this cannot be exchanged on the open market. If I have a tailor full of goods, but i keep it locked and never allow anyone to purchase off me, does it matter what price I mark on the board? I can tell them the price is up or the price is down but it would not make one iota of difference because the trailer is stagnant. Even if i climb in the trailer and break all the goods into smaller parcels thereby increasing the tally of the goods in the trailer would it matter that the parcel is smaller and there are more of them if I never open the door for business ? IMO this announcement is not price sensitive at all, because unless it traded there is "no price" and intrinsic value is purely a construct that cannot be determined unless that value can be uncovered by way of an exchange.
