What I have been seeing lately is people are starting to pay attention to the PM sector, we only bottomed a month ago. IVR has increased 2 cents in this month, I have been talking to a broker friend at my gym. I told him a couple of months back when we were on the cliff of possible collapse that I was buying PM stocks, he was very negative. I reinforced that I knew how risky it was at the time. He approached me this Monday and said he bought some goldies that day because the GDX broke out. But he did say we have to see if it lasts a few days or keeps going.
So they are starting to nervously pay attention but will pull there money in a flash. what we want is for people to short and have to cover as POS continues to rise, that will give us the 1cent jumps in a day. The person who shorted IVR this week will take us to 10 cents, for some reason they didn’t realise that a new pattern is forming. We are about to breakout!
