We have much to thank JA for. Not 100 % on admin but a great visionary and a bloody good GEO. I believe as always that we are sitting on something very special and our neighbours must now all be taking notes. Not long sadly until bye, bye IVR. Your Grace buying bundles of IVR at 1,2 + cents certainly saved my bacon. IVR has made up for a lot of dud's. When on a good horse I believe you should ride it "all the way" and forget the rest, however painful. 2022 should be a ripper year for us all.
