You can probably recall how long ago i said its NOT getting renewed. They sold 1 and applied to renew the other one . Its well documented what they have said about the lease since that time. And they expected it to get renewed in their words( they never deserved it ) and they never got it. It was poor disclosure that it wasn't mention in a company specific announcement about it not been renewed. But if it had been renewed it would have had a specific announcement! Very poor disclosure. But you fully acknowledge the quality of the board better then most.One must read announcements with a fine tooth comb with a board like this....
