Hi that is so BUT it can be paid 2 Million Dollars CASH and the option of Shares or Cash for the remaining 60 Percent. If they do decide to purchase that remaining 60 Percent I would think that they would have by then Proven Up a Viable Coking Coal Operation with plans to truck the coal to the (Hope to be ) completed Rail Link. I picked up a few more yesterday and hoping for the balance today. I may have to lift my bid to match the sellor. AIMOP DYOR Towie
