What? Nowhere have I said the project funding has fallen through. The quarterly makes it clear they are still in discussions.

The uncertain language I am referring to is the fact that on the original Glencore offtake thread, many, many holders seemed to misunderstand the funding wasn't binding, only the offtake was. I had to explain it multiple times. Go back and read the thread again - it's all there. And now, on the raise documents, Galan present their liquidity as if the $136M is available, it's only when you check the tiny fine print at the bottom you can see how they qualify it.
