While I know I'm out of my depth having even a friendly joust with you @mondy, I can't help but think about points you mentioned:

"missed DFS deadlines, unusual overseas acquisitions (with related parties involved), long-delayed confirmation of Greenbushes dusters, uncertain language around the funding situation, now a ham-fisted capital raise/options issue."

Possibly a bit unfair to throw all of these points into one box and label it and put it in a corner?

I know you can certainly raise eyebrows at some but if you looked at each one individually and broke down the real reasons why some things unfolded the way they did (which for some we may never fully know) then maybe some points could be accepted in a slightly different light.

I still understand and accept your point of view and I'm fully aware things aren't perfect. To finish though I'll say if this is as bad as the "bad points" get then I guess things are going fairly well in comparison to other developers.
