I'm not trying to show anyone up in this thread. We all make mistakes, it's not normally a big story. story. Mistakes can be corrected by sharing them here and we all benefit from it.
What surprises me is that some people seem to give false statements and misinterpretations a thumbs up without reflection (but fortunately it's only a handful).

But when 3 capital errors are communicated in quick succession, it's sad.Of course, everyone can judge it differently. Unfortunately, I had to revise my personal judgement of competence.
