All holders should be concerned.
However, any board in our circumstances that continues construction past the point of liquidity would have to be total morons. Sure they’ve made some errors, but I don’t see that level of reckless stupidity.
The board is heavily, and JPs case extremely heavily, invested in this company, so they have lots to lose as well.
