Someone can buy then out with 5m to 10m cash.
They do stuff up their funding arranagement however the board would be very stupid to keep going if they dont have something lock in and just waiting for paperworks to finalise.
one would think that ATM is not silly to support 15M without gaining inside information and assurance.
Happy to hold until at this level. once debt finance is confirmed sp can go back up 60c within days.
