When you read the quarterly report, it's a thing of beauty, with high res ariel photos and all.
Appears to be only one thing wrong with it. To paraphrase Bill Clinton's campaign manager "It's the funding stupid".
Unfortunately, I have to agree that until this is fixed, the share price is only going in one direction.
Ther's no doubt that management is finally awake to this, but do they have the wherewithal to fix it?
