Another reason no one with serious dollars wants to roll into this thing. The management is clearly appalling. I honestly I don't think I would trust getting into an Uber with Blinky. And the board is completely incompetent and incapable I think of even understanding their actual responsibilities, let alone acting on them. It is not a board member's job to be running around ""apparently"" making off take deals (for off take that is ""apparently"" already binding committed).
The company is a total sham. Now with literally not a single viable path forward.
