SVL is far from in the toilet. The appeal was based solely on the IPC not taking into account the power line, thus the court ruled that the IPC approval is void. Management have made it clear since the Bingham CLG lodged the appeal that if it was upheld, they have other options on the table to power the site.
Once the power issue is resolved, the project will get re-approved by the IPC.
