Tanzania was a boat anchor when they could have just spent the cash doing the next steps of the review at Halls creek and all would be done by now. Now they are flat broke and no one will buy in. (my read of it) . . and the soverign risk of tanzania must be weighing heavily "we had a computer system issue . . oops . . sorry we accidently gave a licence to two people " . . wonder if they get any money back for that
