I've a different view to be honest. Reading the details it sounds like quite the opposite
I've seen plenty of quarterlies where they say "no need to raise", but this one has clearly stated reduced expenditure on top of $1m cash expectation
Now.... a solid bump in the share price like yesterday can also be the push before a raise, so I wouldn't rule it out. But the volume was massive and silver continues to run, so I don't think that they would look to be raising imminently
