If we look at the history :
It's promises, promises, promises
Then big news events including outside promotions to get new investors in
Then it all goes quiet while they do their deals & sign everybody up to new shares
Then consolidate.
But I am expecting, big news, so they can hook them in.
Remember they have this 6o million deal they signed up for, which they claim to have received 139K of
Soon I would also expect some more outside promotion - you know the usual suspects MB for one
How can they get away with all these deals & their failure to deliver on the vast amount of it?
How can they hold an AGM without there being some very disgruntled shareholders?
Highly likely it will stay suspended until after the AGM.
What possible reason could they give the AGM for not completing the last Activities & Finance reports on time?
At the AGM how could they say they have been producing gold at Kat Gap when they have not said they have been in the Activities Report?
But they claim they have been doing work at Lady Ada - but nothing about processing at Kat Gap
It looks very much like they are been broke. Note the 2 pages on loans to the company, most of which have overdue expiry dates, many at 36 percent interest,

Ownership of the company is a very big question now, I don't think anyone except them would have a clue on that.
How can they put 19 million into the last finance report, when it is overdue and they haven't received it as was specified? What an absolute mess. Does anyone want to buy a used Gekko plant and a hole in the ground, O yes, and a caravan?
