one good thing with SRK out of money is that it requires a corporate action solution. SRK can't raise enough via 15% placement, and LEL is illiquid to trade on market. 3rd party probably doesn't want graphite, direct sale of SRK shares in LEL doesn't work. needs to occur this quarter with SRK interest payment due Dec so will have an answer soon is my tip.
