    Yes, there's always risk, but no one really wins from an administration. Drawing debt now is effectively do or die. If lenders say no, a subsequent CR wouldn't succeed. It shows confidence and provides clear signals and indicators for investors. That's quite a good thing. I like when I don't have to read between every line.
